What kind of Protein is in P90X recovery drink?

Does anyone use the P90X recovery drink? If so can you please tell me what specific kind of protein is in it and also if it is gluten free? I can't seem to find the actual ingredients and people keep referring me to a table that only lists the description of the ingredients not the actual ingredients.

I would like to try it but I am allergic to dairy and soy and gluten intolerant.

    whey protein concentrate. If you have dairy issues I would skip it. get a good pure isolate like dymatize iso-100. plus its loaded with maltodextrin which is basically corn starch
