I did a mini circuit like thing.
4 sets of:
- 5 burpees
- 10 jumping lounges
- 50 heel touches
- 50 climbers (legs crossed straight up in air, reaching for feet like climbing)
- 10 tricep dips
- 50 Russian twist
- 50 bicycles
4 sets of:
- 5 burpees
