I usually eat grapes or a banana with a bit of honey on it. Can't tolerate artificial sweeteners (I have celiac disease and I have a weakened digestive tract). In the summer, I'll freeze the fruit and then shave it with my ice shaver. Makes a delicious treat.

Fat free yoghurt, strawberries and a broken up meringue nest. Around 100 calories and really sweet to get rid of a craving.

It's even nicer with Yoomoo frozen yoghurt and a flake crumbled on top then it's about 300.

    1. Jello 60 calorie dark chocolate pudding
    2. Blueberries with fat free whipped cream
    3. A regular cookie. I buy artisan brands and try to find ones where one cookie is 70-100 calories. The reason I buy expensive cookies is that if I have a box of 8 cookies that I paid $4 for, I am too cheap to eat in one sitting. It makes having one cookie easier if I think it's too expensive. Weird logic but just works for me for some reason. And I love cookies. I am the cookie monster, and this is the only way I can have any responsibly.

Fat free Greek yoghurt mixed with cocoa powder, sweetener, and sometimes vanilla or cinnamon or ground up instant coffee- it makes a very thick pudding-like concoction (about 50 cals for a smallish but filling portion)

If I need "real" dessert, I have a few mini chocolate peanut butter cup chips from Trader Joe's (8 calories each I think), or I make http://www.ambitiouskitchen.com/2013/09/2-ingredient-healthy-banana-bread-breakfast-cookies-with-delicious-add-ins/ these cookies with chopped up dark chocolate which ends up being about 200 calories for 4 cookies which are substantial and nutritious enough to be part of a meal.
