Anyone use a Bosu ball?

Experiences; good/bad. I want it mainly for ab work.

    There are lots of exercises that can be done on the Bosu. Almost all are functional training. Youtube has a lot of exercises to view.

    I use one at the gym and it can be used pretty much for a full body workout. Unless you are in general experienced on functional training type routines or can have someone show you the basics, I do not know if I would recommend purchasing one at home though. It looks deceptively easy but if your form is off, it will do more damage than good. And if you are going to use it just for planks and sit ups, I doubt it will really add much to your routine.

    I'm not really sure what "normal" people use it for, but I flip it upside down and prop my feet on it to do decline pushups with some extra stabilizing.

    There is a Burpee routine on Youtube that kicks butt!
