Gaining like last time :(

I remember when I first started gaining weight. I was skipping meals all day and then coming home and eating until I felt sick. I would regret it, but somehow it turned into a pattern. Sadly, I have done that again for about the past month or two . Thankfully it hasn't been like that every single day, but it's been enough times that I can see myself gaining again. I know that I am most successful with weight loss when I'm eating small portions all day long. Why am I going back to my old ways? How can I change to habits that are better for me?

I feel the same way for the past two days I have gone over calories and felt horrible about it, but don't let it bring you down. It's all trial and error. figuring out how to balance out meals is a life long thing and no one is going to be perfect all the time. Just get up and start the day fresh. Maybe pre plan meals so that you already have it figured out so then maybe then you would less likely come home and eat all at once. I have found that helps me out pretty well. You can do it! keep your head up!0
