TDEE accuracy?

Since the TDEE calculator doesn't know exactly how many calories I burn how do I know if its a correct amount of calories to consume? I want to be able to eat enough to function and enjoy life, but still loose weight without it taking half a year since I only have about 10 pounds to loose.
My weight: 134
Goal weight: 125
My TDEE is 2,306 with heavy exercise 6-7 times a week. Minus 20% would be 1,844 I do some weight training, focusing on abs and arms and always burn from 500-700 calories on the elliptical daily.
This is the calculator I used: http://www.fat2fittools.com/tools/bmr/
Thanks in advance for your advice/input!
