English is not my first language, I hope it is not too bad in my post.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup unpopped kernels
1 tbsp of olive oil (directions on my orville redenbacher unpopped kernels say use 2 tbsp, but 1 works just fine and is less calories :drinker: )
1 tbsp granulated white sugar (stevia or sweetener works, if looking to cut even more calories)
1/4 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds (or to taste)
Pam pan spray - original (I think that butter might work)
Follow instructions on the popcorn. Mine is: put 1/3 cup kernels (roughly 8 cups of popped popcorn) with 2 tbsp of olive oil (I use one to cut calories and make the olive oil taste less noticeable)on high heat, then cover until popping finishes. After cooled a bit, Then spray all popcorn lightly with pam pan spray, then immediately put stevia + cinnamon and mix. Transfer to another bowl out of pot, then mix in the coconut.
Tastes like something you would get at a carnival... delicious! Bon appétit mes amis!
