Hey guys,
So I used to the gym and stopped and now I am back after like 2-3 months of break or so :/ gained some weight back.
I am planing to go 5-6 days a week or maybe even 7 days a week. 2 hours in the gym doing Strength training (weights) + some Elliptical/treadmill/bike BUT I want a method to lose fat on my thighs! my upper body and abdominal area are "good" compared to my thighs. I tend to store more fat in that area and I really wish to know how to concentrate my fat loss on that area! any suggestions?

I was thinking of doing squats with weights and maybe even Leg day every day or other day with my other workouts what do you guys think? because I heard that you really do actually burn lots of fat in that area doing weights on the legs.

Any help would be appreciated :D

Also if you guys would suggest healthy snacks to get rid of chocolate craving it would also help greatly :P
Someone suggested low fat yogurt with berries and some maple syrup (still did not try it yet)

You can build muscle on your thighs with squats etc which is great, it'll help burn through fat more.. fat loss, however, is achieved through diet combined with exercise. While you can build muscle on your thighs, you can't select where to lose fat.. that's just what your body will do on its own.

    Thanks :D
Agreed, I can't chose where to lose fat :(
Do you think doing Squats and legs every day is a good or a bad plan though? :O
