I've been walking the dog back and forth to the office (it helps with her training). But it's been warm out here (80s), and I find that I'm falling asleep as soon as I get home. Is this from the heat, or is it from something else?

are you properly hydrated ?0

I'm fairly acclimated to warm weather and I worked out in the heat all summer. I'd say have some cool water when you got home and you'll feel more awake.0

That might be what does it. Odd thing is that it's always warm here in the summer, and I've never gotten used to it.0
