Hi,
My electronic scales give you your weight, your body fat measurement and then BWC, which I think is Body Water Content.
Anyway, I've read that the body fat one isn't that accurate, I'm just wondering what people's opinion is on the body water bit?
I think it seems to be a bit random, for example, I just did mine this morning convinced that I am dehydrated because I didn't drink enough yesterday, yet it gave me the highest reading I've ever had. Either the reading is just as inaccurate as the body fat one or has my body decided to hold on to all the water it can because I didn't drink enough?
Would love to hear everyone's opinions and thoughts on this.
Thanks
