First Day

Hi All

I am new to this website after it was recommended to me by a friend.

I have had a stressfull last 3 weeks and have been eatting quite a lot of Take aways and Junk food. I woke up this morning and decided it was time to stop that and get back on my diet.

I like this website as i can update during the day on my ipod so i can track everything i eat.

Please feel free to add me as a friend and support is really important when trying to lose weight.

    Welcome. I have been on MFP for 3 months, starting my 4th. It's the best decision I have made in many years. I have lost weight with diets many times before, but it was never a lifestyle change. This time is different; it's a lifestyle change, not a diet. Good luck on your weight loss journey. Please feel free to add me as a friend; we can help motivate each other.
