Is it just me, or some of your best workouts on the days when you feel you can't even get out of bed, and super tired? I felt that way this morning and had to drag myself out of bed, and almost didn't hit the gym today. Once I got there, I had a great workout after starting off a bit slow

    nope- not just you.

this is probably the second best reason why it's so important to just show up- regardless of how you feel as far as "motivated"

It's not just you, this happens to me often. No clue why but I'm always grateful for those workouts!

Nope, I've actually hit many of my recent lift PR's on my worst days and second guessing going to gym moments.

This also happens to me! The reverse can be true, too. Sometimes I feel great, head to the gym, and then feel tired very quickly. So go figure...

Same here. I think it's also a mental 'high' of 'damn right I did this, booyah!'

This was me this morning. I was so sore from yesterday and feeling "blah". I told myself to take the day off and let my body rest. Then this little voice said "get off your *kitten* and do it!" I just finished and DAMN I feel good. I plan on doing more this afternoon. I love this high feeling from working out!
