Diet and bloating

Okay so I have been on this eating clean diet for 8 months now and I only see a difference in the morning when my stomach is flat. No matter what I eat I seem to just blow up!! It's getting very frustrating and I feel like it's pushing me away from my goals. I typically eat 4-6 small meals every day and stay away from processed foods. I don't eat gluten so it's not gluten. I workout 5 times a week. Idk what to do anymore and feel like giving up. :( I don't stick to macros because I don't understand them every website tells me to eat something different I've been using myfitnesspal to track WHAT I am eating since 1200 calories is just ridiculous for someone as active as me. I'm just wondering if there are other females here who suffer from the same bloating symptoms and if they found anything that works.

    Everything makes me bloated and gassy. Especially healthy vegetables. I have no advice but know what you mean.

    I get bloated on everything and anything, a lot because I have IBS. Drinking more water helps at times, but sometimes it doesnt matter. I can literally put on 2-3 inches in my wasit when im very bloated and i get the frustration; it makes you feel large and awkward and can de-motivate. Just remember that it is, in fact, bloat, and even the fittest of people can experience it!
