I've stolen this one and really like it so far... but if you're looking for more HEAVY BEATS there's this

Which is kind of like working out on a DDR.

Here are my most recently added ones:

Katy Perry (Hot N Cold, California Gurls)
Carrie Underwood (Cowboy Cassanova, Last Name)
Empire State of Mind- Jay Z
Gold Digger (Kanye and Jamie Foxx)
Black Eyed Peas (I Gotta Feeling; Boom Boom Pow)
    Eminem (Lose yourself)
Britany Spears has some good ones

I love country which often don't have great workout stuff, but I make Taylor Swift work, Lover Lover by Jerrod Neimann some Rascal Flatts.

I'm a FIRM believer that sometimes sprinkling in music you hate is cruical to a good work out mix. I love angry work outs!

I always forget about Gold Digger. That song always gets me moving. I love Eminem, too, but I don't have him in my playlist. Gotta fix that. Thanks! This week I've been stuck on Teach Me How to Dougie by Cali Swag District. I love the beat.

Trance provides a great... consistent beat for cardio and biking.
