PMS - ladies help

I get such appetite before my period. Not specific cravings, just feeling like I could empty my fridge.

I've eaten 1500 cals today, already over my goal, and it's 6.30 pm here. Want to attack that pack of nuts in the cupboard.

What are your go-to foods to stop cravings? I've been really good the past couple of weeks and don't want to erase my progress. How do you deal with hormone surges? Do you give in and call it a cheat day or go to bed hungry?

    I always feel like a bottomless pit of hunger during PMS!! I try to drink a lot of water and sometimes allow myself a few hundred extra calories to get through it. Try to keep busy. Go outside and do something. Walk away from the pack of nuts. ;)

    I love making my own tea. We have a bunch of different tea ingredients at work and I mix them and make a nice relaxing cup. I especially like peppermint and stevia mixed with a green tea. (I put in the actual stevia plant not the processed powder.)

    But as far as eating goes,... not that easy,... if there is any chocolate in the house it will be gone. Just glad it's only a couple of days a month I feel like this.
