Ive tried googling exercising i can do. Always find myself in other forums then i get bored of reading.
I've lost just over 20lbs so far ive not update my weigh on here yet as it my weigh in tomorrow.

Try Jillian Michaels' workouts. They are supposed to help shed pounds and inches. Google the results and reviews. I finished the 30 day shred (a little too hard for me), so I am trying her 90 day Body Revolution. They are exercises you can do at home and take with you if you go on a trip!0

For me, strength training has been the best way to lose inches. It doesn't even have to be in a gym. Try doing some planks, push-ups, squats. Good luck and keep doing what you're doing.0

Complete opposite here! Down 6 inches in my waist alone but only 24 pounds. I completed Jillian Michael's Body Revolution with additional Taebo cardio & Resistance Cord training. I try to do something for at least 30 minutes everyday.0

I agree with the above - Jillian Michael's workouts are amazing for losing inches. I have the opposite "problem" too where I have not really dropped any weight at all, but I've lost a lot of inches, thanks to the 30 day shred. I think really anything that helps build muscle will in turn help you lose fat and overall become leaner.0
