Sometimes maintenance is a good thing. Get used to how it feels. Remember, you don't get to go back to the old ways once you reach your goal.

I'd say you are definitely pushing yourself if you're doing a 2 1/2 hour run. Is that a one time thing or are you training for a big event? Are you only running? Swap out a run for a walk (really), swim or better yet a strength session.

You'll be fine - don't throw in the towel.

Bummer! (But I know it's true!)

Just running - trying to push my physical limits a bit. I'm recovering from a brain injury (partly why I got so heavy to begin with) and running has become a significant factor in my recovery. I guess I do some bodyweight strength stuff also (pushups, pullups, etc)

I won't, it's just how I feel sometimes. I NEVER feel like running really, but I do it anyway.

Ok the best thing to do is to shake your body up.

    1. Have a treat day once a month .. one day when you can go nuts.

    2. Do a mad burn on some unfamiliar Cardio. If your body is too used to running you may not be getting much out of it anymore.

    3. Try restricting sodium for a few days. If you lose a tonne of weight then you know it's because your retaining water.

This is what I do and in the three times I have Plateau that has never failed me. Of course you need to make doubly sure that you are in a genuine Plateau and not just not in a deficit anymore.
