Lifting

I just want to let everyone know that its not too late to start lifting.

About two months ago, I found it hard to lift 20 over my head, now I can do easily three times that.
I was so discouraged at the beginning because I couldn't lift anything, "it was too hard".

My numbers may not be high, but they are progressing and that's all that matter!
Here's to people who are afraid to try it for looking silly for having a "small amount" of weight, each pound counts and that what matters
kudos to those who have been doing strength training for a while, I admire you
