been here a while but first time on the message boards

I am 26. I am looking to get in the best shape of my life before my life becomes to busy to devote this much time to lose the weight. I started on MFP this past January and had great success with cardio. I have recently realized I probably burned off some muscle mass that way too. Now I am looking forward to changing up the workout regimen with T25, and building the baseline to move to the harder muscle building regimen to burn off the remaining fat to reset my body.

I was looking to see if anyone could critique my food choices or give recommendations on what else I may need to do.If anyone wishes to friend me, feel free.
