So I've been on this weight loss journey for a little over a year now. Did WW and lost 40 lbs. my weight stalled so I decided to switch it up. Found this site and have since lost about 5. But I'm stuck. Honestly I know why.. I've been binging on the weekends and then all week I lose back what I gained but before I can lose new weight I binge.
I'm done doing that. I bought a body media band and am working on being more active, tracking right, and staying in control. I was doing 1200 cals before ad that was evil. I was crabby and just plain unhappy. (Which is why I got the arm band, want to haw a real account of my activity level)
I'm 5ft nothing. 125 lbs. 23 years old. What should my deficit be? And what should my macro goals be. I starting the bikinibodymommy challenge on Monday. So I will be working out 6 days a week!!
Thank you

what is your goal weight? I'm 5'1 and 125 is a healthy weight for my height. I wouldn't think one inch would make too big of a difference in weight ranges for us.
Anyway, read the link that the first poster posted and you should have it mostly figured out.0 -
Congratulations on the great weight loss! I would expect that you're pretty close to your goal at this point and are looking to tone up (from the stats you provided). At this point in the game, I would shoot to lose ~1 lb/week. Increasing your calories some will give you more energy for your workouts and help to fuel your muscles. I would do the 40/40/20 macro ratio (protein/carb/fat).
