Carbs/ How many do I eat each day?

Hey Everyone~ I wanted to know if anyone knows how many carbs we should be eating each day in order to loose weight? A healthy number too..?

    Its pretty much totally dependent on your body - MFP will give you a number based on the questions you answered. I try to shoot for 40:30:30 carbs:fats:protein. That's the general baseline for ratios, you can adjust those numbers to suit once you give yourself some time. Its all about experimenting. Some people would do terribly with that much carb and I've seen some people eat 40% or more in fats. You will feel your best when you hit the right ratios so pick one, stick to it for a couple weeks and log your progress. If its steady and you're pleased, no need to change. If you don't feel that you're losing, drop the carbs and up the protein a bit. Again, monitor and tweak until you're getting the results you want.

    So, there's no magic number other than the one you create through trial and error. Good luck!
