Believe it or not all the sleep aids, especially that "so you can rest" medicine, makes me hyper! I was sick and my hubby talked me into taking it, 30 minutes later I was up cleaning still sick as a dog) but couldn't lay still.
I found a relaxation/meditation thing that is to help you fall asleep on youtube. That helps sometimes.
