I took Fiber One apple cinnamon muffin mix and through in 1/2 a cup of canned pumpkin. It tasted delicious in the mix so will see how it comes out all together. Woooo! Later I am making cinnamon pumpkin oatmeal, too.
Ooooh, it smells like cinnamon pumpkin pie!! Can't wait!
