This website above gives multiple links and information on the benefits of eating honey and cinnamon powder everyday. Most of the suggestions involve eating 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon powder and 1 Tbsp. honey everyday to see the benefits emerge through your diet/weight loss and general overall health.
I have started eating 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder together with 1 Tbsp. honey every morning. I have done it for two days consecutively. I did not have to take my allergy medicine last night before bed. I did not have any stuffiness of the nasal passages or a headache this morning.
I will continue to update everyone on my progress with this remedy. I also am excited to see if it really lowers my cholesterol, in particular my triglycerides. Wish me luck.

I sprinkle cinnamon and use honey each morning on my Kashi cereal. I love it. I don't know if I could drink it down in boiled water.0

I have also read that cinnamon is good for targeting "belly" fat, as well as fat/sugar absorption. I have started taking a cinnamon supplement (drops). I haven't had my blood levels checked yet to see if there has been a difference, I'll be doing that next month. I have lost 13 pounds in just over a month and have definitely noticed less belly fat. I lost 8.5inches last month!!! I say, good for you for finding something that is working for you. I will have to look into the honey... I may be adding that as well. Thanks for sharing.
Have a fantastic day. :flowerforyou:
