baby belly help

had a baby 7 mons ago i want to start working on it i wanted toknow what exercise should i try to get back my flat stomach thanks a million

    if you need to lose some pounds cardio is the way to go... if its just flabby skin maybe add some crunches to it... or do something like hiphop abs which is what I am doing which tone you up and count as cardio

    Cardio Cardio Cardio.... Running is the best way to tone your abs ...
    Also Pilates is good after you have had a child to hel pwith the pelvic floor muscles ....
  • The way to lose the belly is to eat a good diet consistently. There is no exercise that will make the "pooch" go away.

    You can do core strengthening work to make sure the muscles heal and that they are strong but exercising does not make the pooch go away.

    You need to eat at a consistent calorie level for a consistent amount of time to lower over all body fat to get your belly to come off.
    You can not spot reduce or choose where the fat comes from.

    So all you can do is to work out and get proper nutrition. Had two kids myself so yes I have been there done that.
