PremierProtein shakes!!

Just wanted to throw this out there... any of you looking for a really good, really great tasting protein shake.. my dr recommended these... told my sister about them.. she bought a case from Costco. I don't know how much they were, and I think there are 18 in a case, but they taste great!! They specs line up like this.. 160 calories.. 3 grams of sugar... 3 grams of fat, and 30 gms of protein for 110z. I had been using the Boost-glucose control, but they only have 14 gms of protein in them and they are 250 calories for 8 oz. I actually like the taste of the Premier Protein better and it lines up better nutritionally. Just wanted to throw that out there.

Thinner like chocolate milk.. no thick protein taste, tastes better than muscle milk-light~!

Give them a try if you are needing the upper limits of protein!

I am using Qivana shakes, which are all natural and are great tasting as well.
