Serious fall off this week

I'm tryna give myself a break here but i have been moving since Tuesday so it was basically eat whatever I culd get my hands on and boy have I been eating. I feel like I gained 10lbs this week. I didn't put anything in my diary n this is just all wrong. ~Sigh~

I need to bounce back cuz I feel like I have set myself back

    Brush yourself, and get back to it.
    What's done is done, time to move on.
    Even when I know I've over done it, I alwaysjournal my food.
    It keeps me accountable and sometimes curbs the craziness.
