Simple Thin Crust Pizza
Made these completely on a whim earlier. They turned out really well.
What to use:
1/4 Tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1oz mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp mexican oregano (any oregano will work, mexican tends to have a bit more flavor imo)
1 whole wheat tortilla (i used Manny's)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix tomato sauce, minced garlic, basil, and oregano.
Set one tortilla on a pan. Spread sauce mix on the tortilla. Top with mozzarella cheese. Add some garlic powder, oregano, salt, or pepper to taste. If you want to add any toppings go for it.
Bake on pan for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tortilla becomes a little crispy.

Not the healthiest, but for something I made at a whim they turned out really well. Nice and low calorie, and only take a few minutes to throw together.
