Why am I nauseous?

Hey all,
I just started working out daily again. For the first few days, after I run (6 am in morning before I eat/drink) I feel really nauseous. This lasts about half of the day.
Is it just my body getting used to working out again?
Over the years, I'd pretty much alternate between working out a lot and not working out at all.
Thanks

It could be perfectly normal. It could be something simple. It could be something serious. Point is, the people that respond to this post have no knowledge of your medical history. If it continues, I would simply ask your doctor. Good luck and I hope you enjoy running. :flowerforyou:0

As gypsy said I am not a medical professional.
I take it that you do not eat before these runs? Maybe try to get a little snack before hand - peanut butter on a piece of toast, a protein bar, just a little something so you have some fuel.0
