Am I exercising enough?

I constantly feel like I'm not working out enough. I used to exercise 7 days a week without fail but now, I just can't seem to do so. I exercise typically every other day now. However my workouts are way longer and I push myself harder. Still, the lack of days that I workout makes me feel insecure. I typically run 5km every alternate day. I just can't seem to be able to run 5km daily because I tried it once and I developed knee pain and I got scared. My whole family (grandparents, uncles and aunts on both sides of my family except my parents) had knee operations done and I don't want to end up like them. Currently, my training plan is:
Monday: rest or a short 3km walk
Tuesday: 2-3 hours field hockey training - lots of running and sprinting
Wednesday: a short walk around 2km
Thursday: 2-3 hours hockey training OR 10 km run walk (2 km walk to warm up, 6km non stop running, 2km cool down walk)
Friday: full body workout for an hour (I feel like it's a very light workout. It's tiring but I don't think it burns a lot of calories)
Saturday: 10km run walk (refer to thursday)
Sunday: full body workout (around 1 hour but I think it's pretty light)
I'm 19 this year and I feel like I'm eating too much for the amount of exercise I'm doing. I'm only 5'3 so I'm pretty short

Exercise should be about enjoyment, making you feel good and health not losing weight. Also your logging is so sparatic how do you know how much you're eating? 1200 calories is very LOW for someone of your age and activity, regardless of height. What are your goals?0

If you are not bragging then i'm outta my depth here.your calorie goal is1200 ,you have 7 kg to lose and you are doing some kind of work out everyday.
There is no indication of your starting weight or goal weight.
I feel you are doing enough for an amateur but i think more experienced and successful people can help you better.
Btw,what is your goal body...or rather what is your goal fitness-wise?0 -

I read through your previous posts bc something wasn't clicking here for me and there is way more going on than what people think is being presented here. You posted about your mom wanting you to be anorexic, you constantly post about fearing gaining weight with rest days and your 5'3 and 120lb. You do not need to lose 17 lbs. Your attitude and behaviors are very unhealthy and you need to seek help to transition these behaviors. Fear of osteoporosis at a young age? Under eating and excessive exercise will do that to you as well.
