I was trying to experiment and had seen something similar when I was on slimming world so made myself a little pizza!!

I had 1 pitta bread and put on top 1 tbs bbq sauce, peppers, chillis and feta cheese and grilled it.......it was so filling a tasty im deffinitely having it again! And still leaves just over 600 calories for something this evening!!

Hope everyone is having a good day!

I use wholemeal pita bases almost everytime I make pizzas. I use about a tablespoon of tomato paste/concentrate, any herbs I fancy, garlic, chillies and tons of any veggies I feel like such as peppers, mushrooms, onion, spinach, artichokes, olives, sun dried tomatoes etc... then maybe add anchovies or a little bacon if I'm in the mood. Then sometimes I'll add feta, goats cheese or a bit of parmesan but othertimes I don't even bother with the cheese. Depends on my calories. Love it and so does the family!

LOL Pizza is not pizza without cheese of some sort... it's just a sandwich... Sorry, JMO :)

I use biscuit dough as a base for mini pizzas and they are so filling and you can do so much for so little calories.

If 600 ish calories is usual for you for your evening meal, you can easily get a supermarket pizza that would be fewer calories than that for half (especially the smaller ones). Not to detract from the meal you just had, glad you enjoyed it! Just saying - if you want "real" pizza, it's totally doable, either homemade or from the supermarket. Add a big salad and you've got a satisfying meal.

Then add cheese to yours if it makes you feel better. I do when I feel like it.
