I am a mom of 2 a 4 year old little boy he just turned 4 yesterday and a 7 month little girl and between kids and staying home i have let myself go and need not just want i need to get back in shape want to stick to it. Anyone who wants to stay modivated too add me.

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal
