Good morning,
I recently purchased a recumbent bike, and I am wondering what the efforts listed by MFP are equal to in MPH. Would 10-12 mph be considered light/leisure, 12-15 mph moderate, etc? I want to make sure I am logging as accurately as possible. Any help/insight is appreciated!
