So I am currently running 3 times a week on the 5k Bupa Beginner Runner Plan. However on my Ipod Nano it tells me my distance and then the calories I burned, the only problem is how do I add this specifically to MFP? Obv I don't want to just add running/jogging because then the calories will not add up :/ anyone else have this problem? Same with my exercise dvds, how do I know what I have burnt?
