Hi everyone, just another introduction post. My name is Jeanne (Jen). I've been trying on and off since October to get my eating right, it's just the salty and sweet foods that get me back in my unhealthy *I don't care* (When of course, we all do!) mood. Thinking maybe if I have some online support I can stick with it this time. Looking for other people who are just interested in friendly, positive motivation.

Location: NY
Occupation: Full time employment working with the disabled, soon to be part time student (Fall)
My eating habits: Quick, easy to grab things are best. Cheap is a must, and things that have a long shelf life are always a bonus!
My goals: Getting into a habit to stay under my calorie goal, cut sugar and salt, and try to get my daily "food pyramid" foods in.
