My tips are as followed.... Watch what you eat, calories you consume and limit if not eliminate processed "food" because it will cause your sodium to sky rocket and you will retain water. Drink lots and lots of water or low calorie "flavored" water like crystal light and or lemon water. I try to get a gallon in ever day! Eat moderate carbs, I try to keep mine around 80 sometimes less sometimes more. Exercise as often as you can, that has been my 2nd biggest fat burner!
I do have "cheat" days, but I keep them spread out and thin and normally only a small one time indulgence, not a full day of binging, although it does happen, but the nice thing about that situation is tomorrow is a new day!
As simple as it sounds lowering your calories and exercise is what WILL make losing weight possible!0 -
