    My body already thanks me. It hates me when I don't get up and do something. :) My doctor was in shock when I went in to weight myself and didn't tell him I was trying to lose weight, but now he is cheering me on all the way. Wallet on the other hand is not happy because I keep buying workout clothes, classes for excise and 5ks. I'm really find myself wanting to do all the 5k's I can just to push myself. MY goal is a half marathon or full by 2016 at Disney world. :)

    Thank you everyone! I do feel much better. I love going to the Y and working out you know that you are there a lot when everyone knows your name. CHEERS to everyone keep it up. I will keep posting pictures in the future. I can't believe I'm almost to 30 in 4 months, but I have now realize this is not a diet it is a life style change. Everyone need to remember that you are start a life long journey and that because you cheat one day or one meal doesn't mean that you should give up. As my wise grandpa use to tell me you fall off the horse get right back on, I have fallen off my horse, but just keep reminding myself I will do better the next meal or the next day.
