For all the big guys out there who dont want to starve

Ok well ive always been a pretty big for my size and always been active.
I spent the last 3 years putting on weight (purposely) for sport, however due to injuries i now have to drop weight if i want to continue.
im curently at 132kg (292pounds) with 24%BF currently working to get to under 18%BF by the end of the year.
