Howdy all. I'm new here. I've developed a bad habit of getting complacent whenever I reach my weight and fitness goals, which leads me to get heavy again. Welp, here I am post-reality check needing to lose some excess (maybe 20-25 lbs) once again.
I do a lot of running and swimming, which often affords me the luxury of being less careful with my diet. But as soon as I get busy with work and life in general and have to cut back on exercise, my eating typically doesn't follow suit. Oops.

Welcome! Tracking has definitely helped me stay focused on what I'm eating, and now that I've done it for a while I tend to stay on track even when I haven't logged in a few days.0
