I am Jessica, and I am almost 200lbs.
When you first start anything; a new puzzle, a book, a slice of pizza, you're all in. You're mentally ready, and so eager. Once you get to the middle of the puzzle, the book, or the box of pizza, you start to get bored or full. Well, in this case, I am those examples. I've fallen off of the ball so many times, and I'm done being the one who stares at other women!
I am 5'3, 18, and a chub. I am 195lbs as of this morning, and I am ready for a change (as many of us are!)
Add me, request for an add, I'm going to be 140 for once in my life.
Please, together, we can motivate each other!

good luck with your goals. look into IIFYM dieting. you can eat whatever you want as long as you are within your calorific limit for the day.
look up your BMI (basal metabolic rate) and your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) and work out a good medium between these two.
aim for 1pound loss per week - a long road, but slow and steady wins the race.

There's lots of motivation to go around on this forum. Reading the success stories just throws you into gear. Just like you said though you gotta go all in. Dedication is key to reaching your goals. You can do this, I BERIEVE IN YOU!0

Hi Jessica.. I too need motivation ! I am 50 and the heaviest I have ever been.. I do not want to start my 50s feeling like crap... today was my first good day, I ate healthy NO COKE ! not even diet coke,, I need some encouragement as well.. good luck xo0
