Mint Chocolate Protein Shake

This recipe is my absolute favorite, after reading and trying various recipes that aim to give the awesome protein 'treat', I mixed a few together and experimented a little to come up with this.
For my recipe I used whole Milk, this can be substituted for Semi Skimmed or Skimmed to make the recipe fit better into your daily targets.
Ingredients:
210ML of Whole Milk (substitute for semi skimmed or skimmed if you desire).
1 Scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein (I use Precision Engineered myself but I can imagine most that provide a 'thick' shake will do just as good of a job).
2 Tablespoons of Smooth Peanut Butter (I use Sun Pat brand)
40g of a Mint Aero Bubble bar (approximately 4 broken off pieces)

The process is pretty simple as I'm sure you can imagine, all you really need is a blender capable of fully blending the aero bar with the rest of the mix.
Add all ingredients together and blend until the mixture is smooth

The final result (pure awesomeness):

Ok, so those all important stats.. as you can imagine, it isn't the most sin-free protein treat available but before a good exercise session, I see absolutely no problem fitting it in!
Calories: 502
Carbs: 28
Fat: 22
Protein: 34g
Sodium: 418
Sugar: 23
(Ok so.. had two today, one to test it.. two to take the photos .. that was my excuse anyhow... back to being good tomorrow!)
