    As for my blood pressure. Yes, it has come down significantly. I am still on medication, but my goal is to reduce and ultimately eliminate the medication.

    Wowza!!! Looking amazing! I am 5'10" and have a good 70 lbs to get rid off. Hoping to normalize my blood pressure as well.
