Hey everyone,
So i am 25 years old, will be 26 in August. I am starting a 90day challenge tomorrow Monday May 5th. I am working on losing at least 24 lbs within these 90 days with an overall goal of 70lbs in total losses. I have always tried to crash diet but I am joining planet fitness today and then no more fad diets. this time it is just bare basics and taking control of my life once and for all.
Starting Weigth: 200lbs
Goal Weight: 130lbs
Total Weight loss Goal: 70 Lbs
I would love some friends to help me keep motivated, and encouraged.

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal0
