Heya!

So, I'm here to lose about 18 pounds (so I weigh 130) Now, that's cutting it close to 125 which would put me underweight, but if I weigh 110 or 135 at the end, as long as I FEEL good, that's fine. My whole life has been dedicated to fast foods, unhealthy eating, and little exercise. My dad has pushed the 350 mark, my mom is lightweight but it's mostly fat (same with one of my younger brothers). My other brother is 12 and weighs just less than me and is like my father. I decided that it is time to take control. I want to be built like my own self. Heavy with muscles or slim and toned, whatever my body can do. I'm ready to take the challenge on and I'm willing to have anyone add me that's doing what i am. Best of luck to everyone!
