I am 5'4" large frame 44 yr old female and has always taken my strength for granted. Even when overweight, I've little trouble lifting packages, 50 lb bags of grain, heavy boxes of books etc in comparison to my peers of lesser weight. I've always been happy about that, but recently getting back into formal exercising and I've realised my left side is considerably stronger than my right, both in upper and lower body. Even around my core, I'm thicker on the right than on the left.

I am on day 11 of the 30DS, and if anything the difference between the sides is more noticeable than before. I was wondering how to address this issue. I was thinking of using a heavier weight on the right side of the body than on the left during the work out. Afterwards, I walk on a treadmill at a 5% incline, and use weights with my upperbody, and thought of doing the same, there, having a slightly higher weight on the right than the left. But it feels awkward and funny. :P

Any suggestions?
