Too much?

So I've been doing circuit training for the past 5 weeks. I notice little changes but its been so slow. So I think I need to really start adding cardio. I went to the body combat classes and absolutely love them. So I want to continue that. Right now I do circuit training 4 days a week. The body combat classes would land on two of those days. I do circuit in the morning at 8am and the combat is at 6pm. Would the two sessions be too much for one day? And how many days should I be adding in cardio? I was thinking of doing cardio 3 or 4 days a week along with the circuit training 4 days a week. Too much?
