What is my activity level?

I'm trying to figure out how many calories I need to be consuming. Members of another forum have told me that only eating 1200 is far too low, so I want to up my intake, but I'm not sure what to record my activity level as.
I have a sedentary desk job, but I walk 2 miles each way to/from work Monday - Thursday. It takes about 40 mins. I wore my HRM one day and it said I burned 350 there and 300 back.
I attend cardio classes 4 times per week. My HRM says I burn 600-800 calories per hour class.
On the weekends, I try to be active with occasional hiking, but mostly it is just hanging out with friends at coffee shops.
Is this slightly active or moderately active?

I would say you are pretty active, and would need to be eating more than 1200 a day.0
