Hi
I would like to get more into strength training - lifting weights etc - I have read some great stories on MFP and like the results that can be achieved. I have been checking out this product The Modern Woman's Guide to Strength Training - it's advertised on MFP. Has anyone tried it - what are your thoughts?
Thanks for your advice.

I've been using it for 11 weeks.
It's a great program. I find it's best to use it if you have a gym membership though...
I haven't been following the meal plan too closely and only just started adding in the cardio plan so not a bunch of weight loss (yet). But i'm definitely stronger and have lots more definition in my arms, legs and butt.
They are also super responsive to questions and any challenges you have are will help troubleshoot areas you're struggling with.
I'd recommend it!0
