When the weight stands still

I was at approx. 1300-1400 calories for a couple of weeks and when I weighed a week ago I had lost 6 lbs. Last week I was mainly at the same, although I had one day I ate at maintenance (1800) and a couple of days at 1500. Today I am the same weight, have lost a gram.
I am not sure if this is just food left in my body from the weekend (when I ate most) or if I actually have to go down to 1300/1400 every single day to lose?
Anyone else experienced this, that when they eat slightly more they don't lose at all (even if you're under your maintenance weight)?
