not sure if this is a success story. although i liked the fact. even though i still have a gut, last night during bedroom arobics i didnt hear the embarrassing sound of my stomach flapping. i love it.

    That is a HUGE success! It's those moments that are even MORE gratifying than seeing the scale move. THAT is true progress. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
